What is Razored?
Razored is one platform for running a barbershop, hair salon, or nail studio: booking and calendar, walk-in queue, point of sale, payments and payouts, inventory, gift cards, promotions, commissions and payroll summaries, reporting, and multi-location management — all built around a single customer record.
Who built Razored?
Razored was built by operators who own and run fifteen shops across multiple states. The platform runs those shops every day before it is sold to anyone else.
Does Razored have a client app?
Yes. There is a native iOS and Android app for customers to book, rebook, pay, and hold their card on file, plus a branded booking site. Service providers and front desk staff have their own app and access.
Does Razored handle walk-ins?
Yes. The walk-in queue and waitlist are core to the platform, with notifications to customers as their turn approaches. Walk-in appointments never carry a booking fee.
Does Razored support multiple locations?
Yes. Enterprise Hub gives cross-location dashboards, brand-level customer information, location and provider rankings, operator hierarchy and regional roles, corporate promotions, product push-down, and inventory transfers.
Can I take payments with Razored?
Yes. Razored Pay is powered by Stripe and supports card terminals, Tap to Pay, card on file, split payments, per-provider tips, refunds, cash-drawer management, and failed-payment recovery.
Can I import my existing customers and gift cards?
Yes. Customer lists, visit history where it can be exported, and existing gift-card balances all import. Onboarding support is included on every paid plan.
