The operators building this with us.
Razored is pre-launch and intentionally narrow. Two real operators are working with us before we open the platform widely. Here’s who, and what that actually means.
We haven’t publicly launched yet, so we don’t have customer testimonials, case-study revenue numbers, or a wall of logos. We have two design partners — operators putting real shops on the platform — and that’s what this page reflects. We’ll add operators here as the rollout expands. We won’t manufacture them.
No Grease.
A 15-shop barbershop franchise across six cities — Charlotte NC, Columbia SC, Lawrenceville GA, Hanover MD, Buford GA, and Houston TX — founded by Damian and Jermaine Johnson with 40+ years in the chair between them. No Grease isn’t just a customer — they’re the operational reason Razored exists.
The platform was architected around their model: multi-location, multi-provider, walk-in heavy, with the kind of operational complexity that generic salon software was never designed for. Their stores are where Razored gets stress-tested before any feature reaches a wider audience.
No Grease — Northlake
“We built Razored because we couldn’t buy it. Every other platform was built by people who’d never run a shop floor.” Damian Johnson · CEO, No Grease
Barbers Inc.
An independent shop in Charleston, SC working with us as Razored rolls out. The reason Barbers Inc matters: input from operators outside our own franchise is how we make sure we’re not building “No Grease software” disguised as a platform.
Their feedback is shaping the solo provider tier, the onboarding flow, and the scheduling defaults that work outside the multi-location model.

This is not a logo wall. Design partners are operators who put real shops on the platform before public launch — and whose feedback we treat as non-optional.
What “design partner” actually means.
-
01
Real shops, real chairs.
Design partners run their actual business on Razored — not a sandbox account. If something breaks, it breaks on a live floor, and we hear about it.
-
02
Direct line to engineering.
Partner feedback goes straight to the team building the product. No support tier filtering. No marketing-led roadmap. Operators write the spec.
-
03
Honest communication both ways.
We tell partners what’s broken, what’s in progress, and what we got wrong. They tell us what’s costing them money on a Saturday at 4pm. That’s the deal.
-
04
Equity-aligned where it makes sense.
Anchor partners hold equity. Design partners get pricing and access terms that reflect what they’re putting in. We’re operator-aligned by structure, not by slogan.
Be one of the next operators on the platform.
We’re expanding the design partner cohort selectively as we approach public launch. If you run real shops and want a seat at the table, talk to us.
