What we don’t charge for. What we do.

    Customers pay for convenience. Operators don’t pay for growth.

    The $3 fee follows the same model used by reservation and ticketing platforms — when a customer books online or by phone, they pay it for the convenience of locking in their slot. Walk-ins remain free. The fee funds the platform that runs the booking flow, the SMS reminders, and the support — without driving up your monthly subscription as your shop grows.

    No long-term contracts.

    Month to month. Cancel anytime. No migration fees, no per-seat add-ons. If we’re not earning the bill, you shouldn’t have to fight to leave.

  3. 03

    Roadmap items are not in the price.

    Booth rent collection, marketing campaigns, payroll, and coaching are on our public roadmap — they’re not features you get today. We won’t list them as if they are.

    Flat processing rates. Posted publicly.

    Card processing is a published flat rate — Card-Present at 2.75% + $0.10, Online/Card-Not-Present at 3.15% + $0.30 — across every plan. No volume tiers. No per-provider charges. No hidden add-ons. Some platforms quote a lower swipe rate then make it up with monthly fees and seat charges. We keep the model simple so what you see on this page is what hits your statement.
