Razored didn't start as a software company. It started inside No Grease, the barbershops Edmund and Tracey Greene-Washington own in Charlotte and Houston. Every appointment at those shops runs on it.

No Grease Northlake

Two problems no vendor would fix
The shops were already on booking software. It could take an appointment and a payment, but it couldn't fix the two things costing them clients: handling walk-ins on busy days, and matching new clients with the right barber the first time.
Their vendor wouldn't prioritize either one, and neither would anyone else on the market. So they built it themselves, after four years of customer discovery with barbers, stylists, booth renters and shop owners.
If it only works because the owner is standing there, it won't travel to shop two. Razored is how No Grease made it travel.

Moving off Squire
No Grease Northlake and Premium moved their client history off Squire and onto Razored, so every regular's record came with them. The same move is open to any shop: client list, services, inventory and booked appointments come across before go-live.
